I still don't have a new post. However, I thought I could answer some possible questions you might have regarding the impending speculated post:

You: What will the new post be about?
Me: I don't know.
You: Will it be good?
Me: Judging from the usual quality of this blog, I'd say it's unlikely.
You: What was the cause of your blogging sabbatical?
Me: Boredom and work.
You: And the cause of the return?
Me: Boredom and work.
You: Do you think you could expand on that?
Me: Actually I've taken a sabbatical from thinking.
You: Are you making fun of me?
Me: What's that? Oh sorry. I couldn't hear you from over here on my sabbatical.
You: (under your breath) Asshole.
Me: Pardon?
You: Nothing. Let's move on.
Me: No need to be passive aggressive.
You: You're right. I apologize for that. I'll return to a more serious line of questioning. Do you plan to start blogging on a more regular basis now?
Me: [now dressed in palm tree-printed board shorts, sunglasses, and a Tommy Bahama shirt] So sorry - would you mind repeating the question? I'm just returning from my sabbatical at...
You: (slamming down your steno pad) Fuck this. I'm outta here.

A POST ON POSTING [META-AWESOME]

Please contain your excitement, for this is not a full post, but rather a post to inform you that I am, and have been, thinking about posting. However, I haven't come up with an actual post as of yet. Be sure to stay tuned for new posts or posting on the possibility of new posts. In any case, I'll keep you posted.
