YOU KNOW YOUR BASEBALL TEAM IS IN TROUBLE WHEN...

... Your starting closer attacks his father-in-law in the team's family lounge, and your starting outfielder reacts in the following way:

Francoeur didn't offer any suggestions on how the Mets might turn Francisco Rodriguez's beating of his father-in-law into something that could actually benefit the team. However, don't rule out an attempt by Met's COO Jeff Wilpon to somehow spin this into their next bobble-head night.
