THERE'S NO "I" IN "TEAM" (THERE'S NO TEAM IN KANSAS CITY)

This poster now resides somewhere in the Kansas City Chiefs' facilities, presumably in one of the team's high-traffic areas, like the bathroom, or by the craft-services table.

Three quick thoughts on this:

1. Doesn't this understanding on what losers do strike you as a little narrow? It almost makes you think they had someone specific in mind when they printed this. While I enjoy passive-aggressiveness as much as the next person, perhaps a better option would have been: "LOSERS GO TO THEIR TWITTER ACCOUNTS AND POST EMBARRASSING AND DAMAGING MATERIAL ABOUT THEIR TEAM AND INTERACTIONS WITH OTHERS AND ARE OFTEN NAMED LARRY JOHNSON."

2. It seems a little excessive to assume this Chiefs team is familiar with the concept of winning.

3. I applaud the decision to place the word TEAM in quotation marks. I'm glad to see the organization make such a strong effort to define themselves, while at the same time, allow for some wiggle room. Let it be known that the 2009 Kansas City Chiefs are a "team". This should finally put an end to the rumors they are a "mess".

*Thanks to Dan for sending me this poster.
